How to create more leads and sales does not work like it used to. We all know the traditional ways of marketing are getting tougher. Attending networking events does not work like it used to. No one picks up the phone up any more. Everyone is craving attention, and email open rates are lower than they used to be. Not only that, but it will continue to get more difficult.

So what are small business owners doing wrong?

We’re going too slow and too fast at the same time!

I know that sounds weird. So what do I mean?

Too Slow means:

We get a lead from social media. We follow up with them sometime over the next week, or we follow up immediately by sending them emails. However, they don’t read them because they’re still on social media, and by the time they read them, they’re not as “hot” as they were when they became leads.

Too Fast:

We connect to someone on social media and immediately start trying to get them to buy our services. However, most of our leads don’t even know that they are leads. They don’t even know what you do, what they want, or how you can help them yet. Not only that, but worse still, they don’t know, like, and trust you, your products, or your company enough to buy from you yet.

So here’s a NEW WAY to sell online

This has been working really well. No funnels, no need for a “perfect offer,” no complexity, and interestingly, this solves both “speed problems.”

Here’s what to do:

Step 1: Send them a video

Step 2: Add a message under the video saying, “Let me know if you need help implementing the ideas you learned in the video.
