My initial answer is diagnosis without analysis is malpractice. Have said that, there are a few this I can recommend.

1. If you want a better business, become a better business owner
2. If you want more sales, you need to become better at selling and marketing your products and services
3. You need to keep up-to-date with modern digital marketing methods and stop making the excuse that you don’t understand technology
