About Steve

My name is Steve Mills. That’s me in the picture on the right, except it’s 3 years old, so I am a bit older and grayer. My number one skill is helping businesses improve their sales and marketing results, or, as I like to call it, their lead generation, conversion, and bottomline profit.

I am married with two sons, a bulldog called Bentley and three grand children (I know I look too young).

I left school with very little in terms of qualifications, having focused on my objective of becoming a professional Table Tennis player. I am also a devoted fan of Sheffield Wednesday FC. I live on the Isle of Wight, in a beautiful little village called Merstone.

RESULTS Mastery

Speaking

I have written four books on sales and marketing and have been called upon to speak at conferences, exhibitions, events and training seminars in countries as far apart as UK, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Ireland, Dubai, Germany, Singapore and the Isle of Wight, where I live.

My main talk is called RESULTS Mastery. It is a business growth talk, training programme and book.

My goal has always been to help as many businesses as I can to succeed and speaking is one of the ways I acheive this alongside my University and RESULTS Mastery Programmes.

Steve the business coach

As a former international sportsman, I know what it takes to win. Since retiring over 29 years ago, I have been helping businesses raise their standards in terms of increasing sales through better lead generation and conversion. My first step is to understand current results, then I work out how to improve those results.

I have helped start-ups get to six figures in twelve months. Established businesses create significant growth, and some businesses generate millions of pounds in additional income.

If you want to know if I can be a good fit for you, listen to my podcast, videos, or sign up for my webinar. If you find them helpful, then imagine what I could do for you if I were your coach and trainer.

Ping Pong Steve

I played the world’s No.1 participation sport Ping Pong, or Table Tennis as I like to call it at international level for a period of 10 years, from 18 to 28 years old, I was a full time professional Table Tennis player. I was in the top 10 players in England through this time and got as high as No.6. I beat several highly ranked players, including world No.3, 5, and 14.

I also won over thirty open men’s singles championships and 20 men’s doubles titles, as well as a bronze medal in the national men’s singles championships.

What did this teach me? It taught me how to win! It also taught me about the importance of determination, planning, taking action, never giving in, etc.
