May I say, “Merry Christmas” to you all, and I hope you have a Happy New Year!
My first question for you is: How well did you do in 2025? If I asked you to rate the last year on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being awful, 5 being average, and 10 meaning you achieved world-class results, where would you rate yourself?
My second question has to be around the results you’re trying to achieve in 2026. What are your goals? What do you want to try to achieve? It’s really important to know and understand this yourself. Often, without that, you may not be as focused as you could be.
In 2026, my goal is to try and help as many small businesses as I can to become more effective at sales and marketing and therefore create more leads and win more business.
In order to achieve that goal, I’ve now developed several state-of-the-art services, including Results Mastery AI Advisor and Mastery University. I’m also a reseller of what I believe is the best digital marketing platform in the world, called GoHighLevel. If you want to find out about any of those, please feel free to do so.

Food for Thought
A little while ago, I read a book on business called The Road Less Stupid. I thought it was a fantastic title because if you’re like me, you’ve definitely done stupid things in the past. One of the things the author, Keith J. Cunningham, says is that if you want a better business, you’ve got to become a better business owner. I believe that’s very, very true.
If you want to go from a startup to a half-million-pound business, you’ve got to become better. If you want to go from a million pounds to three or four million, you’ve got to become better. If you want to hit that 10-million-pound mark, you’ve got to become better. The question is, what do you need to become better at?
In Michael Gerber’s book, The E-Myth, he says that there are three departments in any business: sales and marketing, finance, and operations. In my experience, going back over 30 years, most business owners are really good at the operations side of the business—in other words, doing the work. So if you’re a coach, you’re probably a really good coach. If you’re a consultant, you’re probably really good at that. If you’re an accountant, that’s your skill set.
The problem is that often people in business have skills operationally, they really love the work operationally, and they lack the skills in selling and marketing their business.
My strong advice is, if you want to be more successful in 2026, you’ve got to become better at selling and marketing what you offer.
