My Advice for 2026
Stop doing more. Start thinking more. Before you launch that new campaign, before you hire that new person, before you invest in that new tool — sit down and think. Ask yourself: What could go wrong? What's the best possible outcome? Is this the highest-value use of my time and money?
The businesses that will thrive in 2026 are the ones that think strategically, act deliberately, and measure everything.
